Jackson’s Prime was founded by Troy Boane, a U.S. Air Force veteran and seasoned restaurateur with over 38 years of experience in the hospitality industry. After building the award-winning Americano Steak House & Wine Bar into a beloved destination in Roan Mountain, Tennessee, Troy and his wife, Lindsey, set out to create something even more special — a premier steakhouse experience in the heart of East Tennessee.
